Chef Paul joined the Maple Residences in October 2016. He has 30 years of experience in all aspects of running a successful kitchen from start to finish. Coming from the Terminal City Club & Hotel as well as Jericho Tennis Club, training under some great Chefs such as David Beston and Ben Pernovsky to name a few, gave me my experience, confidence and passion for this career. Chef mandate is to make food that people will enjoy, that they will talk about and come back for more. Being the Chef at The Maple Residences is a challenge to make a variety of healthy, tastey, appealing dishes that all our Residents will enjoy. Chef Paul enjoys the Residents and is always listening to their thoughts and suggestions on how to make things better. Living and working in the community, shopping locally, seeing our Residents out and about is a great part of his day.
