Exercise classes are proudly offered 7 days a week – always with a qualified Instructor: Yoga, Tai Chi, Back and Balance and Theraband classes. Walking groups through our lovely Heritage Village. Longer walks along our stunning waterfront. Seminars and discussions on a variety of subjects. Philosophers Café and International News Café are two of our discussion groups. Armchair Travellers enjoy presentations from around the world.
